Using this store
These terms apply to purchases from aonefitness.com, together with our Privacy, Shipping & delivery and Returns & refunds policies. Review the product information and these policies before ordering. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Product information
Check the selected product, flavour, pack size, ingredients, directions and suitability before ordering. Packaging or label information may change. Contact us for the current label if anything is unclear. Wellness products and journal content do not replace individual medical advice or prescribed treatment; we do not promise a particular result.
Prices and delivery
Product prices are shown in Indian rupees and include the taxes stated on the listing. Delivery within India is free, with no minimum order value. Review your order total before payment. An order's stored total does not change simply because a product price later changes.
Prepaid payment
Payment is collected online through Razorpay using the options available in its checkout. We process orders after payment verification. A saved order with pending payment is not confirmation that payment has succeeded. If money has been deducted, check your order's payment status or contact us before trying again.
Test mode
If the store prominently displays TEST MODE, checkout payments are simulated and no real money is collected. Such test orders are used to check the website and are not purchase commitments or dispatch promises. Customer-facing live orders use live payment processing.
Availability and order problems
We may contact you if a product is unavailable, a listing is incorrect or an order cannot be fulfilled. We will not substitute a product or increase an agreed charge without your consent. If we cannot fulfil a paid order, we will arrange the appropriate refund.
Delivery, cancellation and returns
Delivery estimates depend on availability, the destination and the courier. Refer to Shipping & delivery for tracking and address changes, and to Returns, cancellations & refunds for remedies and cancellation requests.
Your information and private order link
Provide accurate contact and delivery details. A customer account is not required for checkout. Keep your private order link confidential because it gives access to your order details. Never send us card security codes, payment passwords or one-time passwords.
Website content and acceptable use
A-One Fitness and its content owners retain their rights in website text, branding and media. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with other customers' use. External coaching, social and video services have their own terms and privacy practices.
Applicable law and updates
Indian law applies. These terms do not prevent you from using the consumer grievance or dispute forums available under applicable law. We may revise the website terms for future use and orders; revisions do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing purchase.
